2-Year Limited Warranty
All DrivePortal products come with a 2-year limited warranty. If your unit develops a fault under normal use during this time, please send the item back to us for diagnostic testing so we can improve future versions of the product.

Shipping Cost: You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If Fault Confirmed: We’ll send you a brand new replacement at no additional charge.
90-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product with a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Used Mounts: If the mounts have been used, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing.

Refund Timing: Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund (minus any restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at help@thedriveportal.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

If approved, we will issue a free replacement or full refund.

Claims made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Clearance Items
Items marked as CLEARANCE are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged. To exchange a damaged unit for the same product, contact help@thedriveportal.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet shipped. Please note, a 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders to cover administrative and handling costs.
